Landlord, a landlord could constitute a vendor, purchaser or landlord looking to rent out their property. Before you enter into a contract with us, we will collect identity and contact data which consists of (but is not limited to); title, full name, email address, phone number, home address. In order to enter into a contract with us, we will require further information which may include (but is not limited to); banking details, credit card details, national insurance number, nationality, non-residential landlord status, PAYE number, place of work, copy of ID, proof of property ownership, expenditure report, mortgage details, NRL1 form, NRL8 certificate, NRL6 certificate, HMRC NRL letter, S19 Report, UTR Number.  

Applicant, an applicant is someone who has made an inquiry with us to either let or buy a property we have listed, or could be enquiring directly to the branch for properties of interest. The data we will collect and process at enquiry stage includes (but is not limited to); title, full name, email address, phone number, nationality, home address, occupation, salary/earnings. In order to enter into a contract with us as a tenant/buyer we will require further information which may include (but is not limited to); banking details, credit card details, national insurance number, nationality, copy of ID, copy of passport and/or Visa, proof of address, bank statements, confirmation of income, name and contact details of a guarantor (if required), reference checks, former and current employer details.  

How we collect Data 

6. We may collect your personal data and certain information about your preferences in interests in order for you to receive marketing information directly from us by email, SMS, and targeted online promotions in the following ways: 

– If you register your details on one of our websites (including online chat) 

– if you receive and act upon a marketing campaign run by one of our marketing affiliates

Data retention 

17. As a potential client or employee, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, we will only hold your Data on our systems for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this privacy policy or until you request that the Data be deleted.
